Driver App Overview

The provided video and information below is meant to provide TSP employees with an introduction and overview of the FAST driver portal.

Forward Arrow Solutions + Technology (FAST) provides you with tools related to Scheduling, Pre/Post Trip Inspections, Tracking Run Mileage, View your Detailed Earnings Report and Viewing Driver or Tractor Documents.

This “app” is accessed through your phone browser so you do not need to download anything from any app store.  You can however create a shortcut on your home screen for quick access.

Login information has been sent to your email address but if you don’t see it please let us know and we can provide your password.

Email should have come from Forward Arrow Solutions if you want to search for it or check your spam folder.

Username: 0000000@CompanyName (where 0000000 is your FedEx ID)

A little bit about the software:

• View your upcoming run schedule and submit time off requests for your manager to review
• If we already have your run pre-scheduled on our end you just select Start Trip
• Track your mileage throughout the week as you complete your trips
• Drivers are able to autofill the tractor portion of the pre-trip if already completed in the last 12 hours
  • You just have to review the trailer information
  • This will be applicable when having to make multiple drops within your shift
• Direct access to your Driver Mile Sheet/Earnings Report
• Easily access or update your CDL and Med Card
• Access Tractor Documents
